Jim is a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner TM, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and Corporate Vice President and shareholder of Sage Rutty & Company. Jim manages the private client group of the Parker & Burke Financial Practice at Sage Rutty.

Jim graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a degree in accounting and has remained active with the college's alumni association. Prior to joining Sage Rutty in 1992, Jim spent 4 years in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of the Wharton School's Securities Industry Institute.
